1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services at hometransferpro.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Service Categories

2.1 Home Transfer Services

Our home transfer services include packing, transport, and setup at the destination address.

2.1.1 Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled service qualify for a full refund of the amounts paid, minus a 10% administrative charge.
• Cancellations between 48 hours and 7 days prior to service incur a 50% refund of the amounts paid.
• No refunds are available for cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled service or once service has commenced, due to resource allocation and personnel scheduling.

2.2 Information Products

Information products include digital guides, tutorials, and online courses related to home transfer planning.

2.2.1 Refunds

• Requests submitted within 14 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund, provided there is no recorded access or download of the content.
• No refunds are available after the 14-day period or if access logs indicate use of the product.

2.3 Physical Goods

Physical goods include packing materials, moving kits, and branded merchandise.

2.3.1 Returns and Refunds

• Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unused condition.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective upon arrival.
• Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned items.
• Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or refund.

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be applied to your original payment method within 7 business days. Alternatively, you may request a service credit toward future TransferPro services.

4. Service Transfers

You may reschedule services or transfer your booking to another party with at least 48 hours notice. Transfers are subject to availability and may incur a service adjustment fee.

5. Modifications to Terms

TransferPro reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
